The Fascial Stretch Therapy technique treats the whole person, not just a body part. It is pain-free and uses constant circulatory, gently oscillating movements of traction and stabilization to decompress joints and expand space in the soft tissues.
Laser Therapy
We are delighted to provide Laser Therapy (LLLT) at Rebound Health and Wellness, where you can benefit from the minimally invasive effects on your muscles, ligaments, nerves and joints.
Custom Orthotics

I went to see Dr. Rachel Calabrese because of pain from plantar fasciitis. After just the first session, my pain was reduced by about half and my symptoms significantly improved. She has excellent communication skills and did an amazing job. Despite being young, she is very knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about her patients. I would definitely recommend her!

I highly recommend Bryan as a Registered Massage Therapist. He is excellent at whole-body massage and consistently provides a great experience every time I visit. One thing I really appreciate is how consistent he is; every massage is just as good as the last, and I always leave feeling relaxed and well cared for.He also takes the time to offer helpful stretches and advice when needed, which I really appreciate. His treatment room is calm and relaxing, with soothing lighting and music that makes it easy to unwind.He is also always on time and very professional. Great staff and very helpful! Called before my appointment and introduced self and the facility, explaining the location as it is not directly off the road but rather located inside the entrance to the GoodLife gym and asked if I had any questions or concerns beforehand. Brian, the RMT, was very polite and explained things well and listened to my concerns, his bedside manner was excellent. He showed great skill and made the whole experience feel very safe and comfortable.

Acupuncture and Cupping has been an amazing and effective treatment. Very Impressed!!I had a great initial appointment with Dr. Lauren Congdon. I’ve seen many chiropractors as well as other health practitioners in various fields and I was very impressed with her integrative approach to assessing and treating me. She’s very knowledgeable, personable and very good at explaining her reasoning behind what she does and what she prescribes in terms of exercises. I will definitely return to see her in the future. The clinic itself is very well run and a lovely atmosphere. I look forward to visiting their other health practitioners as well.

i’ve been going to Rebound for several years and have always had a great experience with every practitioner on the Rebound team, most notably, Binumon, who is the resident Physiotherapist! Hands down, he is the BEST physiotherapist I’ve ever been to! He is very hands-on and uses various modalities to treat your issues i.e. manual manipulation, stretching, EMS! I call him magic man because he’s truly a magician at fixing my neck, shoulder and back issues!

Dr. Hamilton is an amazing practitioner who is professional, knowledgeable, and approachable and immediately put me at ease about my issue and what therapies could help.When my previous RMT left I was concerned whether i would get the same level of care from another therapist. Thankfully Rahnuma N. allayed my fears. She is professional and conscientious consistently considering my concerns but also offering suggestions for addressing them whether its soreness, pain, or insomnia.Binu is one of the best Physios I've met always pushing me to work harder in order to get me back to almost full functionality. No pain no gain and I can honestly say he was instrumental in getting me from having an immobilized frozen shoulder to almost 100% in a matter of months!!The staff at Rebound make the experience comfortable and seamless working together towards inproving clients lives.
