You do not need a referral to be assessed or treated by a physiotherapist; however, some insurance companies do require a physician’s referral to get the cost of physiotherapy reimbursed.

Comfortable Clothing, yoga pants, track pants, or shorts and a comfortable shirt to your treatment. No jeans, skirts, or tight undergarments, they make treatment difficult. For FST, please wear athletic/stretchable clothing to assessments and treatments.

Some plans do cover Osteopathic treatment, unfortunately at this time they do not accept direct billing. Please confirm with your plan prior to booking.

Soreness can occur up 1-2 days after treatment. It is suggested to relax and not do anything to strenuous.

You would need to check with your insurance company. At this time, reiki is not commonly covered however it may qualify for extended healthcare spending.
